Often, it makes sense for us to meet with you directly and offer our expertise to accelerate the pace, help deal with difficult conversations and to provide an objective perspective. For those times, we offer the option to bring in a certified coach, either virtually or in person, to help you run a successful Cards for Culture© engagement. Reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
Cards for Culture Game Facilitation
While the game is set up to allow organizations to conduct their own session, sometimes a little extra help is helpful to get the most out of the exercise. One of our experts will help you as a neutral third party and guide your team through the process. We’ll be as hands on or as hands off as you need.
Game Facilitation
Starts at $995 per 2-hr session
(2 sessions are recommended)
The details:
- Your team will be matched with one of our certified Culture THRIVERs
- They will provide an objective perspective to ensure that all voices are heard and to facilitate difficult but crucial conversations and keep the team on task
- Typical time frame is 2 sessions (2 hours each session) with customized work plans in between
- For in-person facilitations, travel costs will be charged
