Meet Melanie Booher
I am a Culture and HR evangelist who is on a mission to help companies THRIVE.
Too often, good companies with great employees lose their way because they fail to understand the vital importance of culture in a business. Our research has shown that 90% of businesses do not have a culture plan in place which leaves them vulnerable to losing valued team members and, ultimately, customers. I know a better way.
I've worked with countless businesses helping them establish winning cultures. This typically starts with using our THRIVE model© to identify areas of strength and weakness in your organization and building from there. Beyond our consulting work, I've written extensively about how to create a winning culture, starting with my first book, Conscious Culture, and more recently, the introduction of our Cards for Culture© game.

Melanie's Professional Background
In addition to founding MB Consulting Solutions, Melanie is the President of PEOPLEfirst Talent & Retention Consulting and brings to her clients the capabilities and talents of both organizations, offering a complete solution addressing culture, human resources and talent acquisition.
Melanie is the best-selling author of multiple books including Conscious Culture. She is the creator of Cards for Culture, a revolutionary business game that is both fun to play and incredibly useful to companies looking to define where their culture stands today and to develop a plan for where they want it to be tomorrow. Melanie leads the charge for gamifying culture.
Melanie has her Master's Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. She lives outside of Cincinnati, OH with her husband and 3 children.
